There are nearly 40 million Americans who are hungry. There is not a congressional district in the country that's hunger free.

Hunger is a political condition. We have the resources to end it - but, in the Congress, we still lack the political will to making ending hunger a priority.

On November 21st and 22nd, I will once again join my friend and WRSI - The River radio personality, Monte Belmonte, on the annual Monte's March and walk 43 miles from Springfield to Greenfield to raise awareness about hunger and raise money for the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts.
