Carlson Stearns Family

We are walking in honor of Jim Carlson, who passed away this fall, and who believed fiercely in working for a more just society. He was also an avid walker who has trekked miles across our region with a camera in his hand. As a family we felt this was a way we could honor and celebrate his memory and contribute to an issue he cared deeply about.  

For every dollar raised, The Food of Western Massachusetts can provide four healthy and nutritious meals to families in our community experiencing food insecurity. Please support our Monte's March team's efforts to create change by donating whatever you can.

Together we are going to try to walk almost the entire height of Massachusettes, roughly 44 miles, to raise money and awareness about food insecurity and acess. Please join us in celebrating Jim and fighting hunger in our region. Your support will make an immediate difference in our region.
